Artists at that time are notorious for the "improvements" they made to make their subjects look better in their paintings. So adding AI on their works, made these historical figures looks much much better than in reality😅

Revelation 19:9 [9] “And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb. And he saith unto me, These are the true sayings of God.” If you repent and trust God Almighty to forgive you all your sins because of the death, burial and resurrection of his Only Begotten Son Jesus Christ and trust Jesus to save you from judgement then you will have the privilege of actually being at the last supper to come. 😊

@@TheVincet33 There are many sculptures and mosaics of Alexander from the Hellenic Period and they all look alike. It's easy to spot Alexander because of this. He was known to be blonde and handsome, so this depiction isn't as far-fetched as you would think. It's usually Cleopatra that is erroneously made too attractive, as she had a beak nose and sharp features, but was considered to be extremely intelligent, well mannered and highly charismatic, which was her appeal.

It's not as impressive as you think. If you investigate how these images are made, first of all you'll realize that AI has very little to do with it. In many ways AI is a deceptive buzzword. The technique used is known as Deepfaking. The moving image you see above is basically a blank or generic 3D model of a woman with animated facial features, something like a crash test dummy with a basic face. A selection of images from a limited number of angles of someone who vaguely resembles the original artwork is then projected onto the blank 3D model. The 3D model has set number of animated moves. Because only a limited number of images resemble the original art, familiarity is preserved. This is why you can't go behind the head, and why, if you compare this video to others like it, the subjects perform the exact same moves and expressions. If you were to try to create a unique person based on your own description, the results would flicker with changing eye colours, phasing from one face to the next as the system struggles to find similar images.

He wouldn't be able to do it. I mean he could, but you'd be unsatisfied with the results. This is because, at best, you'd have X amount of images which all have different lighting, different angles, etc. To pull off the illusion the machine needs a vast amount of stable and similar images. You'd end up with a flickering gittery animation which only barely resembles the subject. This is why so called AI is only good at producing images of celebrities.

I see one issue here, Edward V never looked like this, this is an artwork from 16th or 17th century. However, we do have one or two accepted artworks of him during that period and all of them show him with bushy hair, ginger, and a more rounded face. The artwork you using here has never been accepted as correct. While he may have looked like this, the artist was many centuries removed. I would recommend "Dicts and Sayings of the Philosophers" as person who did artwork in it knew him. This is the only known artwork from his lifetime that is accepted as correct. Also, as of this writing King Charles III has expressed a willingness to have the bodies tested for DNA and we may finally learn if those are the bodies of the brothers or the ones in the Church are. Either way, it may finally solve one of history's great mysteries. I like the Henry VIII one, most assume he was way overweight, and was near the end of his life, but he was a very athletic person, who suffered an injury later. But at this point in artwork we can see how he was a strong man, and a lot of that weight was muscle. I, also, like Alexander the Great, he was built, but very young, we assume he was a great fighter when in truth he was more a tactics person. What he looks like here is closest I have seen to what little we know he looked like besides statues and a few surviving drawing from his lifetime, most was well after he had died. So, those are subject to how close they were, a couple are very close, many were guesses, and rest were just ideas of what the artists thought he was like. But here, we have a colour view that matches the only account of what his appearance (That is accepted looked like).

I studied allll about these folks in Art history at Art College…lame regular when I want to a state UNI. All I can say is….the AI gave them way better teeth than I was privy to. Still, quite stunning. I have subscribed.

There's a problem with Roxelana. Although she was an Ottoman ruler, her origins aren't Turkish nor Ottoman. She was born into a Ruthenian Orthodox family from today's Western Ukraine, near the borders with Poland and Slovakia. Therefore, she most probably was a natural red-haired with pale complexion vs the darker, Middle-Eastern version portrayed in your recreation. There's still another portrait of her, titled "La Sultana Rossa", painted by Titian circa 1550 to support my assertion.
