2:42 horses do that when they get anxious. one of my horses does this and the reason for this occurrence is he has really bad anxiety, so he just sways back and forth. therefore that horse has anxiety and is trying to calm its nerves, not just enjoying the music.

The lunge idea to create a more productive ride is a very good idea except I would probably do that every single day as a warm up getting into the head space of doing something different and letting my horse loosen up, then I'd give instructions after however long the horse needs

Whelp. I got to admit English saddles are no better. I mean western saddles look super cool and usually have really amazing patterns. They’re no better then any other saddle (no hate towards English riders, I’m one myself)
