I'm still an intermediate rider and there's a horse at the arena that stops too quickly when you pull the reigns so I always end up falling off in the canter. Eventually i started getting too scared to ride that horse and kept requesting a different one. My coach told me not to get too scared of the falls and told me he's going to let me ride a racehorse, he said the only way I'll break the fear wall I've built is if I ride fast gallop on that particular racehorse. So i gave it a try and honestly i was so scared during the gallop and kept convincing myself i was going to fall, and I did. 😂 but the horse was amazing and the moment he felt i was going to fall he slowed down and let me grab his neck. But after that fall I honestly broke the wall of fear and today I rode him again without falling off. Honestly the best feeling ever ❤️

Ha! Yesterday I was riding a horse named Oaky bareback. I jumped a burbank and tried to turn a certain way. Oaky wanted to go another. He started cantering sideways and I lost my balance. He crow hopped and I fell off 😑. Then he galloped off. So I went back over to Oaky and got on. He seemed to say "sorry" because he was really good afterwards.😂

Ahhh, the unscheduled dismount. There's only one I don't remember. Well I remember being launched but not landing, remounting and then doing the course perfectly to finish the lesson. I asked; " how did I get back on the horse?" Trainer said " I think you should dismount and go into the house". Took me three hours to remember where I lived and how to get there.
