yes, probably tighter. in addition to the bar that comes over your shoulders and chest, it also has shoulder straps underneath that lock in place

It seems to be down quite a bit lately. It was down this past Saturday, the previous week it was down at the beginning & end of the day, and on opening day it was down. I don't know what the issue is....

OMG I WAS AT CANOBIE LAKE PARK AND MY SISTERS WENT ON THAT RIDE AND I WAS PRAYING THAT THEY WOULDN'T DIE!! Funny thing is, we nearly died on the ride home because there was an upside down tanker truck pouring gasoline out onto the highway from a car crash...hmph...I also prayed that HE wouldn't die...it was on the news the next morning that he was only hospitalized, and not dead. *fist pump* LIVIN ON A PRAYER, BABEH!!
