Just a note I've had trouble with. For the main Access Point selection, not all the Mikrotik Radios supports point to multipoint. Whereas the client radio only needs ptp. Mikrotik site usually not very userfriendly in pointing that out.

Yes so true, for the main AP check the license must be at least level 4 and the client at least level 3 for ptp connection.

Not ideal for ISP sir... your diagram has a Single Point of Failure...

correct, but this is for just starting an ISP. Later you can do redundancy.
