I love that despite the fact that this horse is green, and Ali appears to be doing very little, she is constantly thinking and learning from him. Even with the distractions, she is chewing and licking constantly and learning. I love that Ali responds to the ladies question with "you cannot train them from the stomach, you need to from the brain".

I’ve always said; the more I know people, the more I love my horse. People have got to understand the horse is smarter than you think, they just speak a different language, & it’s up to the humans to learn their language and at the same time, the horse will learn yours. It’s all about communication, patience trust, and love. Once you’ve earned their trust the love of the horse will always follow. This is the true path of partnership. 👵🏻

Lovely work. Quiet movements with flowing 2 way connection. Interesting, the audience doesn't distract the filly too much. Its a good example of fluidity in focus between the handler directions and the filly. Its beautiful in a way, how the filly retains her focus despite the audience. Well done Ali! Your description is of a lesser matter than the substance and depth of your clear movements. Cheers 👍🔆💕🌠🌹

Funny... yet that is not how this is done. The horse follows him because it has taken the role of leadership, and horses are herd animals. They are having a two way conversation of body language and 'energy'. Ali's movements and responses let the horse know he understands her, engendering respect and trust - and there is no trust without respect.
