The bank is planning to apply for Universal Licence and to do so the bank should have their NNPA below 1 % as per RBI guidelines. To meet these guidelines they made free floating provisions in this quarter of 180 Cr hence the drastic drop in profit. Their loan mix is similar to AU Small Finance Bank. There is big jump in daily delivery volumes which means someone is buying this stock at these levels.
