Only gold and land are real assets Everything else is number game dependent on whimsical nature of our politicians Country like India has experienced capitalism for miniscule time of 20 odd years Our country has socialism core which is hard to shrug off I fear a capital gains tax upward of 50 percent in near future to fund freebies and social justice schemes
