because they are not real humans, they are aliens in disguise of humans, u can see he keeps saying "divide by 1/2 J w_m^2, but if u divide by J, there will be a "1" appearing in the right hand side.. its all so annoying, he must have been saying whatever is in his script without caring about the maths..

Why load torque is opposite direction to motor torque?

Load torque is the torque required by the load to rotate. It is a resistance that opposes the motion of the load. When an electric motor is driving a load, it needs to overcome the load torque to rotate the load.

it is because of newton's 3rd law of motion. Load is opposing the torque produced by motor. you can just relate it like if we want to swim in forward direction then we have push the water in backward direction.
