This was after a really strenuous martial arts class, and we were training legs. Training consisted in ROM, stability, weigh bearing, sudden changes in direction, the whole 9 yards. It was the end of the class and we had to carry somebody about our own weight, and I had the knowledge of "listen to your body". As soon as I realize I was having muscle fibrillation in my thighs, I knew immediately I had to stop, so I kneeled gently on the floor, put the person down and that was it. My legs became noodles after that class for about 2 days, but I did avert potential injuries to my knees and ankles.

A friend of mine didn't know she was pregnany until yhe water broke. She experienced only a slight weughr gain and was still having her period. The child was healthy.

The part after they got Lisa out of the boat. She seems to have cold sweats and discoloration. The medical officer gives the guardian two tablets then four more before giving over two cupped hands amount of pills. And the guardian Marge says "thank you doctor" . And they respond "Oh I'm not a Doctor".

I've never fallen while trying to carry somebody. But once when I was a teenager, a friend and I were trying to hang together on a jungle gym in a way where I'd be propped holding onto the gym itself, and he'd be holding onto me (I don't remember the specifics anymore). But then out of nowhere, one of my shoulders completely gave out, and I lost my grip. Neither of us were hurt, but it was wild how suddenly I just lost all strength in my arm because of that, and how there was no time to react to avoid the situation.

I dropped my girlfriend once when we were teens. We were at the beach surfing and decided to look for crabs on the rocks ands she slipped and sprained her ankle. I tried to princess carry her over the seaweed covered rocks back to the beach, slipped and dropped her into the sea. We both still have the scars and she broke up with me a week later. we are still good friends though

I remember going to auntie Anne’s that when I drink lemonade my mom got for me that it taste weird when I’m at the Northwoods mall in Illinois,I believe that something were off with the drink like lemonade must’ve expired and wasn’t dumped out before cleaning and refilling with drinkable soft drinks

Lmfao.. I used to play competitive basketball in my teens, i often sprained my ankle while i played (sport is healthy) once during a practice match i sprained my ankle so bad at the end of the game i stood on my tibia, it was absolutely disgusting, i didn't rupture anything but my ankle was swollen to the size of my thigh for i think 3 to 4 weeks straight, been a weak ankle ever since.

Yeah, I fell while carrying a schoolmate on a piggyback ride. I fell forward and since my hands were holding my friend, I had to resort to use my knees to slow down the impact. Still hit my forehead hard on the concrete and got up with a pretty painful Lacerated and contused wound. Lucky for me, the forehead is the most resistent part of the human skull, so no cracks, just a huge bump with a tiny cut that needed no stitches. All things considered it could have been worse. PSA: Running doing a piggyback ride? Not the best idea.

One time I tried to do a piggy back with my brother who was giving a piggy back to my younger brother… it did not work. Thankfully I didn’t get too hurt but it was painful anyways

I tried playing sexy and carrying my then wife into our new house. I made it up the stairs, I didn't drop her, and I felt pretty damn cool until her head smacked into the door frame. It was so loud the neighbors' dogs had a meltdown. I felt horrible about it at the time, but I think it's funny as hell now.

I eat expire food all the time. Only difference is between best before or or expiry date. Best before last well beyond its said day, while expiry date like meat, freeze in that day or day after and it will last for months. While just yesterday i ate chicken from freezer that expire almost year ago and i am still....her.....
