this always makes me sad since it’s like this when workers leave hospitals. No real goodbye since your coworkers are always spread out and there’s always something going on. You try to maybe get everyone together to have at least some kind of a send off, but all that ends up happening is that you say goodbye from far away, to their backs while they’re doing something else.
