Great! For all the reasons you presented Eritrea has a right to have a very well endowed military force. Also, it creates an opportunity for young Eritreans to be first rate army personnel and be able to acquire the skills and know how that come with it-ie great engineers, technicians, pilots, cyber technologists, pilots, marine and aviation personnel, disciplined workers, etc. Eritrean used to be the best and the brightest in all these fields. We may also get talented future leaders from among them. Unfortunately, the higher education infrastructure in Eritrea has been neglected for so long, it may take a generation or so to rebuild a legitimate and accredited institutions of higher education. It would require a very focused plan and strategy with very competent people who are visionary and dedicated leaders. Eritrea needs educated populace in the real sense of the word.
Some people who have not uses their age in the right direction they always talk about their old youth time memory.

Eritrea 🇪🇷 is a sovereign country and can purchase any weapon it chooses. Eritrea doesn’t need sophisticated weapons, her citizen unity is better than nuclear weapons. Fact.

SU 35 Russia made cost $18 million but you do not need to explain what Your country military hardware has.
Why do you need to tell what ur country has or has not?

This is fake news. First of all, the unit cost of a single SU35 is upwards $45 million. In addition, it costs $30,000 per hour to fly it. This is in addition to the regular cost of service. Secondly, Russia itself needs more SU35 as it has faced shortages of this high value fighters in the Ukrainian conflict.
@ I’m telling you the fact. You don’t know anything about aviation and aircrafts. Owning SU35 is a very costly business. An hourly flight cost of SU35 is $30,000, and you have other costs on the top of that. Now my question to you is - where is that money coming from?
