Do you have a part list of the things i would need to buy for this set. Aluminium profiles and connectors. That would be helpfull.

Thanks for the video! Your video is what convinced me to get the Ultimate kit as well. Question, at the 8 minute mark, you talked about shifting the TL actuator 3 inches out to the right. Why did you make that adjustment? Also, you had another video where you detailed out how to figure out measurements but I can't seem to find it now. Did you take it down?

You mean this video? Eracing lab RS Ultimate Series - Measurements kzbin.info/www/bejne/mJeznph9pZx7Z68 - for the 3 inches out, that’s how it is today because the park position opens the actuator to 50%.

Thanks for this man, there's not a ton of info out there for this, or it's bundled with surge and I don't want to add surge so I'm kind of just guessing what parts I do or don't need.

You can do traction loss with no surge for sure.

Hi, When setting up the T/L actuator, did you have to pre-center the servo? Can you mount the servo on the left or the right side? Thanks in advance.

You do not have to. The Thanos controller has a park option that sets the servo to 50%. Just make sure when you install it, you have room for the rig to go left and right. You can install either left or right it won’t matter.

What kind of spray paint you are using on the profiles? They look good!!

It’s Behr PPU2-17 Morocco Red Interior Chalk Decorative Spray Paint Aerosol and Behr Black Matte Interior/Exterior Spray Paint and Primer in One Aerosol - both from homedepot.

How did you connect the TL swivel?

I'm thinking I want to build a rig just like you, but it seems hard to build for both race and flight sim. Do you use rudder pedals? Is RS Mega good for flight sim?

I like your well thought set-up. Most people assemble tr160 incorrectly for actuators.

Thanks. Yea I do use rudder. I added a metal plate for the rudders and i can easily remove the rudder then put it back when I want to fly.

@@simul8master Do you put the rudder plate in front of the race plate and no need to exchange? If so, it is perfect.

Yes black plates do come in box. I have a video showing what comes in the package.

how long and wide is your rig that comes on top of this ?

it's about 66 long (including the frame for the tension belt) and 23 inches wide. but if you add more peripherals on the side (shifter, flight controls...) it will increase the width.
