The criminals you can be are as follows: The Joker, Harley Quinn, The Scarecrow, Mr. Freeze, The Riddler, Clayface, Poison Ivy, The Penguin, Catwoman, Man-Bat, Two-Face, Bane, Killer Croc, Killer Moth, Deathstroke, Mad Hatter, Ra's al Ghul, Hush, Firefly, Deadshot, and Black Mask.
