Note:
The show was professionally shot for a planned US tour documentary (for Philippine TV broadcast) but it never happened. According to the producer, the master video recording has been lost or misplaced in his garage somewhere. So for now, this footage is the only surviving one of its kind, hehe. An extract of this was originally uploaded years ago in my original Eheads KZbin page before it was hacked.
