Take him to park to play for a long period. Give him toys like construction toys where he uses his mind. You can have puzzles, dominoes, clays, paints etc for him. Enroll him in gymnastics or any other sports which he likes. This way his energy will be used in a good way. For his anger, check your environment at home. How do you talk to one another? Do you react or respond when somebody hurts you? Always remember, children do what they see.
