If there's one thing (among so many great things) that AOT has done well, it's that the show does a great job at expanding the power-scaling as the episodes progresses. We were first led to believe that titans were all just big giant monsters. And then we found out that Eren could transform into a titan. And now we are finding out that the female titan was able to transform a second time, and has more energy compared to a novice like Eren.
