I'm a console player and I don't use lock on much since the controller sens update, the main reason I feel people hate it is because A, it favors a passive playstyle, B, it counters basic playstyles, and C, moves like twinblade with lock on (this ones fair I agree it's kinda dumb.) Lock on doesn't give you "aimbot", all range moves almost always miss with lock on as it does not target the center of the player, it doesn't predict movement, and it has a delay. The combination of A and B are the main reasons, good players can easily counter lock on with side dashes well newer or less experienced players can't get past the tracking when the console player blocks. C is still a problem but eh, it's a fine thing to have when you know how to beat lock on.

​@@masonkay7024Death blow shouldn't be different depending on your device, it should always have an effect (counter or huge slam) so I would guess your problem is you are using it on a character other then metal bat using ps+. The counter does not work but the slam will still work when you play as a different character.

how to counter runners (not for the ones that are injured, since they may fully run): step 1: walk away as a bait step 2: watch as the runner notices you backing away and starts running at you (Success! you've learned the player's fighting style is running.) step 3: once they get a bit near unexpectedly side dash at the runner and start a combo or attempt to defeat the runner. step 4: win!

Real Not a teamer but a targetter situation for me. Everything else might be true but for Tatsumaki Update, It took more time because it has More Better Base and ULT moves Eg for ult: terrible Tornado and cosmic strike. Eg. for Base moves: Crushing pull and Expulsive Push. So Thats why the Tatsumaki Update took so long. And making or updating game is hard it takes time

The best way to beat runners are just to wait for them to get bored and try to rush you then you can do a combo. If you get damaged and the runner is running away then that means not only the runner can heal

My idea of how to stop runners: make them teleport to you if they are a certain distance away from you. Also I have one for kill stealers: whoever does the most damage gets the kill instead of whoever lands the finisher gets the kill. Also I have one for teamers: if you are fighting someone else no one else can hit you or the person you're fighting

I don't think that people don't realize the fact that TSB isn't played a lot nowadays because there was one incident from TSB that got Roblox involved, it was the developers of TSB that decided to give just a little announcement that if TSB was nominated as #1 Roblox's "Innovation Awards" event, a character in TSB named KJ will be accessible by everybody which was a rare admin character at the time so players had to pay more than 1,000,000 robux to own the character. Continuing with the story of the incident, that's when players would want to spam vote TSB in the Roblox event as a #1 game and by the time the game was #1 in Roblox, that's when it was revealed by the developers that Roblox took action because of the incident and were to contact the owner of TSB who was this guy named Santino to confirm some things to make sure there weren't any suspicious actions taken to make TSB a #1 game. That's when the KJ character was cancelled and the game hit rock bottom.

Then i lost, so naturally i wanted my get back so i went after him, and i won. After that we had a few back and fourths and then an interferer shows up and messes up our 1v1. We quickly put our beef aside and went after the interferer, and once he was dead, we became friends

Ngl, toxic ppl in fighting games is what fuels fighting games, for example fighting anime's like jjk or opm characters often awaken from anger or find themsekvess fighting just because of the anger inside of them, and anger in video games is just the same (besides the rapid loss of your sanity) like dont you see when angry people in tsb find themsekves movign more erratically and/or unpredictably, or get better unconciously in fights you have

chat. way to counter runners is jsut not to chase them. turn around and just watch them come closer to you then strike at the right time, it hurts their ego when the person they run from dosent come running for them so they come back.

How to ACTUAL counter the skill issue 1: Play the game more, even if nothing changes your skill if you play the game more, learn from other players and from your mistakes 2: Practice various playstyles, combos and techs, These 3 mechanics of the game will aid into your skill getting better at the game, if you cannot do a specific tech/combo, try and find an easier tech/combo that is more effective. Example: On garou, the kyoto combo (a combo for intermediate or pro players) only put your health to about 40% or 35%, while the basic garou combo (the most used basic combo) lowers your opponents hp to 20%. 3: Avoid specific people, especially runners/sweats/teamers. If you have any friends that arent toxic and is more experienced than you, try 1v1ing them, Like from tip 1, you can learn from them and your mistakes if you win or lose against them. 4: Try and master every character, know its moves, how to counter it and how to use it properly. If you are bad at all characters, practice on one character, if you have finally mastered one character, use your character you've mastered, If your skill is outnumbered by someone, keep practicing If none of these tips dont help, play another battleground (like jjs or realm rampage)
