That story sums up, for me at least, why a Randy Savage film should be made ahead of say, a Hulk Hogan film, which Netflix are moving ahead with. His wrestling character wasnt made up, it was actually how he was!

I personally would watch a Savage biopic over Hogan. I've heard too many stories or racism surrounding Hogan... probably gonna skip anything about him tbh.
@ronaldshank7589
@ronaldshank7589 3 жыл бұрын
@@chapterblaq I'm not a Hulk Hogan fan anymore, either. Heard too many bad reports about him. Randy Savage, on the other hand... Ooooooo, Yeahhhhh! Randy had to spend waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much time in Hulk Hogan's shadow (Just like everybody else-No surprise there!), and yet, if you go back to Wrestling Tape after Wrestling Tape of both Hogan and Savage, then Randy Savage was the better Wrestler, through and through! He also connected better with the Audience, whether bad or good. The reason that he was forced to live in Hulk Hogan's shadow, was because, simply put, he needed a job in the Then-WWF, and he knew that if he slipped up, he woulda been gone! The Then-WWF woulda threw him out on his ear! After Early 1989, though, things changed for the better, when he became The Macho King. Randy Savage will be remembered by us, the true fans of Wrestling!

Macho was the total package, he had everything. You could even say he is a contender for the Greatest of all Time. No, it wasn't. Companies have a tendency to go up and down. It's an expected trend. Look at the console wars and just consider what would've happened had Nintendo gone out of business in the Gamecube era. Business would never have skyrocketed for them with the Wii. Anyway, it was the lack of competition that has made the WWE go downhill as well. Competition is absolutely healthy and speaking as a huge AEW fan, I would never want WWE to go out of business - as much as I dislike them.

I'm behind the times on this one, although I heard something about the whole Macho Man/Stephanie McMahon "Tryst" within the past couple of years. Is it really true that Stephanie McMahon and Randy Savage bumped uglies?!? There is a rumour that she was definitely active (In a "Certain" unspecified, but very intimate, way) with at least some of the Wrestlers. That, the whole Gay scandal, and the Steroids stuff, isn't surprising to me anymore!

@@ronaldshank7589 always been rumours Macho slept with a, then underage, Stephanie Thats why booted n never even discussed a return. One scenario is, with the way it was then, tgey dare not report it as macho would obvs have evidence of steriod use, underage, pat patterson forcing young ring boys or young talent to do him "favours" etc. Would have killed the company as most of the talent and owner be in prison

@@karl1091 If they were doing all that, and had been found out, and if that would've led to the destruction of the company, then it would've served 'em right!!! You'll know one thing about me:When it comes to answering a text like this, with all due respect to you-I don't play around! Companies that have any kind of illegality going on, if and when they're found out, then- 1:Shut 'em down! 2:Throw all of the guilty parties involved in illegalities in Prison! I don't care who it was that did the wrong-PUNISH THEM NOW! 3:Is it any wonder that WWE is in a slump, to where their ratings are so low, that they're barely existent? Many people have apparently found out just what a bunch of crooks some people have been in WWE. I'm not saying that everybody is guilty. However, single out all of the guilty parties, and get rid of 'em! I rarely watch WWE Programming anymore. I've done kind of a gradual switch to AEW Wrestling. With all that has gone on over the years, I've just about had it with WWE!

By the time your completely naked, her train of thought will be so derailed, she will shake her head and either walk away, give up or both. You can then be left alone to continue with your day.

Worth it in the big picture if that was even his money. But he probably charged it to WCW or Turner, to make it top level power move

Bischoff as a regular man not in character and just being himself like this I think could’ve helped him a lot in the NWO era more so than his whole acting like a “tough fan boy” did

Fab story except for one thing, Bischoff mixed Savage's and Hogan's style in his mind. Randy never called ANYONE brother, that was hogan's thing

I miss WCW, had it not been for Hogans, Nash's bullshit politicking, Russo coming in with shitty storylines etc, we would still have WCW today, even after the AOL merger. If WCW was the great money magnet it was in 96-98, another network would've thrown themselves at WCW to put them on TV
