This is Eric Carmen’s original piano demo of ‘After You’. The song was written by Eric Carmen and Seth Swirsky in the early 80’s. As Carmen recalls in his official biography ‘Marathon Man’: “After You is not a bad song, a bit too dramatic. It could have been either a big hit or a big miss”. Although the song was never officially released, it became a favorite among Carmen’s Eastern fans who still like to cover it with different arrangements.
