Can anyone please tell me the name of the man that appears right around 00:38 and then again near the end of the Trailer? Interesting and pretty strong statements. I am curious about his personal connection to Eric or anyone from the Tulsa scene, the Brambletts, etc. hmm..

This seems like BS. Clapton never wanted to be a popstar, haha, he preferred blues hermit. The things they are talking about are not because of music but demons (A Life in 12 Bars).

He absolutely wanted to be a pop star in the vein of Phil Collins, Roger Waters etc hence why he toned down the guitar and focussed on his singing and songwriting. It started off well in the mid 70s but by the 80s it went too far culminating in the dreadful behind the sun. He then reinvented himself and came back as an older statesman of the blues. From the cradle and the unplugged album solidifying his status and he’s kept on that path ever since.

That's not Eric playing. That's just some generic filler music. Much cheaper to use than paying Eric for his music.
