I never realised how often they used the veiny ripples, it's kinda funny how clearly that was made for the Four Arms transformation and how they still kept using it for the other Aliens even if it didn't fit.

It was only repeated for Xlr8. The other transformations were unique. Yeah, wildwutt had the veiny ripples, but his were reanimated and recolored to specifically fit wildmutt. While xlr8's is the exact same footage as four arms.

​​@@knightfallprotocoleah, honestly his transformation is not that great. We get the veiny sequence but then Ben's body is still normal and the XLR8 parts sorta slide and transition on him. A mix of both. Idk what I would have done but definitely not the veins since XLR8 isn't buff to begin with. Maybe a skin change like Ripjaws and morphing for the specific body parts. Actually nvm it was already a morph but idk.

@@erikpngId have his hand getting thinner as we crawl up to his eye, which grows the black lines as we zoom out and see his face start to stretch into the XLR8 shape and skin turning blue, but we move away so we don’t see exactly how the helmet grows, go down to his tail growing, to his other hand that has the black spikes protrude out and then the feet turning into balls with the same flashing type of morph that Kevin undergoes, back up to the face for the mask and full body

Literally was thinking that myself. As more refined those transformations are, they are smooth as hell. Even AF/UA transformations are more of a silhouette, but honestly looks cooler than the original series. Though the OG series was very well detailed, they understood human anatomy well and bringing in their idea of alien anatomy

Both. Both are great. Classic does a great job at being well, the original and Omniverse does a great job at being a sequel to both classic and Alien Force & Ultimate Alien by expanding on the elements and chatacters established while also adding a lot of new life into the continuity.
