I'm fairly sure that this was shot in the late 80's. The bassist has to be Kyle Brock and Tommy Taylor is the drummer.

Is this The Avenue (Rob Alexander on bass and Steve Meador on drums)? They were the best lineup Eric's ever had, IMHO. Thanks for posting this; quite the jaunt down memory lane.

I believe its Rob Alexander on bass. That part at around 6:17 was Eric's famous 'koto' sound...kind of a hybrid controlled pinch harmonic techique...you can read stuff about it on the net
