As per usual all the finesse and no mess--Eric is a master at whatever he chooses to execute-I have dug his teaching and insights since I first saw him on Austin City limits many years ago with Roscoe Beck on bass-what a band

Awesome player! To say he’s so talented is wrong, the guy has put in so many years of practice it’s dedication to performance standards that lifts players to these so called “talented” heights, make no mistake I’m not taking anything away from Eric by saying this he has a real amazing touch and flair in his playing but rather admiring his dedication to his craft. Superb

Jerry Reed' s been gone for a while, now. He did "Amos Moses " back when I was a kid in the early 70's, I think. He also had a variety show for a while. That show had the best lookin' girls, I tell ya'....

It's interesting that this track would end up being released on an album 20 years later, and it actually existed for about 5-6 years BEFORE this video. It was left off of the Seven Worlds album that was supposed to have been released in the late 70s.

@Sonicguy9510 жыл бұрын
Defiantly a D-45 has abalone binding around dovetail neck joint on the sides of the guitar. Only thing different form a standard 45 is the fretboard inlay, but I know Martin makes variations of 45s like the blades of grass in a yard, too many but all still very close to the same. A standard 45 would have hexagonal fretboard inlays like a 41.
@Powertuber100010 жыл бұрын
Sonicguy95 That is right but the hexagon fretboard inlays on a 41 are slightly smaller... I have a D-41.

Jeremy Anderson I am searching for the best amplification solution. Which microphone is best to use? Don't you need transducers to get that punchy Jerry Reed sound? A microphone will not do this. Maybe a mix of mic and transducers?

Ok, I thought we were trading friendly insults for fun. You brought my family into this. Just remember this, fate has a way of coming back to you in spades. Fate is funny that way. Take care and good luck.
