I saw Mr. Big on their first tour. It was in a small club so I was right in front of the stage. It was Paul's 23rd birthday and during his solo Billy, Eric and Pat snuck up behind him with his birthday cake and smashed it on his head. He had to play the rest of the show covered in cake. After the show Eric and Pat hung out and had drinks with a few of us. Good times. RIP Pat... you are missed.

I dont know why this band is so underrated, considering the talents of these guys, from the vocals, bass, guitar and drums.. i mean rhey are all top levels.. and their songs are awesome and i think they should get more attention like other bands.. they should have been inducted in the RnR Hall of Fame already..again that is just my opinion..

They really came out around 1985, with the song “to be with you” but the 80s era was already starting to lose popularity, plus their second album was in 1991 when grunge was about to be popular
