Let me point out again that Flint started using the Lead pipe in 1952 and stopped using it in the 1970s. Not the city knows where every inch of that pipe is. Mostly in developed areas during that time period and it was also used for repair in some area. As for the crime, Flint needs jobs and Jails. Some people will take crime over a job and for those people, you need jails. Also most crime is by serial offenders. Lock them out of society. Now to be honest, my main goal is to cut off Social Service after 6 months. Pregnancy and raising children is not a disease. Social Service was meant to help struggling people, but has become a life style. 3 generation or more of welfare and no known father figure is destroying Black America.
