There should be more sheds like this, amongst the elite drummer. They both did extremely well, getting this shed is the winner here.

Both Beasts. Maybe Eric's set was miked better. But I'm always amazed by his playing.
@bg357wg10 ай бұрын
I mean in such close proximity I doubt miking matters much as I suspect we are hearing mostly direct sound…but it probably then is a result of Eric being much closer to the recording device (there’s an audible difference in volume)
@alihuggins294610 ай бұрын
@@bg357wg I haven't noticed volume difference. I will listen on another device. Thx

@@alihuggins2946 Often times, loudness differences are something that people don’t knowingly pick up…but many people tend to perceive loudness differences as tonal differences…for example they might say something louder sounds “punchier”/ “meatier” /etc, but maybe not enough for them to outright pick it up as loudness. It makes sense because our ears vary in how good they are at picking up certain frequencies (or tonal characteristics) at different decibel levels…hence there is a loudness war happening with modern pop music as everything is increasingly compressed, because it tends to sound better to the masses
