This is actually something we do as humans. We “stay looking” the way we did, when we felt our best - for a lot of people it is what we looked like in our mid- to late twenties (with minor changes) so most likely this is how he feels he looks his best.

He was 295lbs, after losing the weight, he needed tummy tuck. It left scars and complications for the gastric bypass later. He went into coma and almost died. That’s probably why he didn’t “just work out”. No workout can get rid of sagging skin and scars.

They've done similar surgeries before actually and if you've seen them you will know that the scar is at the bikini/underwear line. That's why when he lifted his shirt to show his family, his underwear is higher than his jeans to hide the scar.

I was on my deathbed after my first surgery on my bowels. I felt and heard the moment they burst the day after surgery. Within 2 days I went septic and I was preparing myself for death. Told my family not to come that day. They finally listened to my cries and I was rushed to emergency surgery. They saved me with only literal minutes to spare. 3 surgeries after, 5 total in less than 2 years. I'm here now, 7 years after the first surgery and I'm doing better than ever. Was surprised to see how his belly looks. Mine looks exactly like that but all the way from my sternum, down to the pelvis so around 12 inches. No belly button either. I can't even take my shirt off in front of anyone. Wish I was able to get it redone, my mental health would be helped so much.
