I saw him on that tour in Wolverhampton. Eric did his slide guitar with a bottle of beer, shooting it everywhere, which was awesome.....until Steve Vai came out with a blindfold on and slipped on some leftover beer, straight on his arse. I haven't laughed that much in years 😁🔥

Der Slide-Meister schlechthin. Ich habe 2009 Eric Sardinas in der Essener Grugahalle gesehen. Zu der Zeit spielte ich Bass und Keyboard in einer Blues-Rock-Band und war eigentlich schon des Blues-Spielens müde. Aber Eric inspirierte mich, dem Blues noch mal neues Leben einzuhauchen.

Saw him several years ago at a small bar in GA and was simply blown away........the fact that legends like Eric, Lance Lopez, Philip Sayce (just to name a few) are not household names is a crime. Maybe, the other explanation is these capo tends to wear off. You end up with string prints, thus especially on acoustic guitar, the capo gives off unclean vibes along the transposition.
