"All success starts from doing something really well, but you’ll recruit better with a broader vision that’s credible and that you can articulate." This is something that has been in the back of my mind, so it's nice to hear it articulated. I'm working on the first part, but I think about the second part all the time.

"Help your customers be successful" I think its so important, and a lot of times we don't understand how much, because we see only our company and ourselves, and not the greater picture.

I agree, it's important since when customers are successful, happy and satisfied because we provide excellent service, they'll continue to comeback and we'll build loyalty that's great in the long term. :) Thanks for sharing your thoughts and for watching john813100 #BelieveNation #BTA300 Shine

"Don't be afraid to get into a new initiative every week... keep pushing" The best CFO to hire is the one that's gone bankrupt once" One thing people are never good at is setting themselves as others see them" "Kanban System is when any employee can stop the production line if they see something that's of the quality standards" He's a wealth of information! There's more ideas he gave and I could write a book on how every single one changed my perspective just now. .

Thank you for doing this video!! Sending you love all the way from the Caribbean in my homeland St. Vincent and the Grenadines also known as the Gem of the Antilles. I have listened to this twice already this morning and was blown away as it relates alot to the journey I am on, and also reiterates things I have implemented and I am learning new things from this video. More specifically he got me when he mentioned the furniture for a new company and how you spend your money. Also, any employee can stop the line when they see poor value, strong shared values...... So much stood out!! Help your customer be successful is something I so believe in, Hire interesting people definitely so true, Dream bigger, Find a coach. Having a 5 year plan ...that made me double check my goals book lol I have a 10 year plan that is broken down into a 5 year plan, a 3 year, a 2 year, 6 months, monthly goals then weekly goals which eventually reach daily goals/tasks. Once again Thank you so much!! One love!!

Great video compilation. You’ve done great work and provided great value. May I also suggest you to be authentic in the future? I know because I used to inauthentic myself for most of my life. No one believes that you created this video just for one person. Instead you could tell people how much you loved making this video so that millions of people can learn or be inspired or both by your work. That would be truly authentic. ... and highly valued. Now you get an F from me for Faking.

14:28 - Engineers are not that clever?
@EvanCarmichael8 жыл бұрын
Engineers are clever but maybe not that clever in some areas that's not their expertise or as he said, "they need to work on things that's pretty related to their training and knowledge". Schmidt is an engineer himself so I think he didn't say that to undermine engineers. #BTA301 Shine
