Under Terence's soft voice an cool behaviour...hides a true egomaniacal monster who resist basic stuff and just can't let go and always comes back with different words, excuses, and meaning changes...and tenaciously persists!! imagine how this guy wil be on his personal and working relationships...a true nightmare...

What do you want explaining in laymen’s terms? Not everything can be truly explained in laymen’s terms without over simplifying. There’s a reason it takes extremely intelligent people years and years of their lives to begin to have some form of insight in physics. No explaining from any physicists will ever make black holes understandable to laymen’s., not truly anyway. Physicists themselves don’t understand them! They just follow what the math tells them and what observations of the data suggests.

@theeezog2428
@theeezog2428 Ай бұрын
Can someone that think within a specific framework of reference produce something new? Now im not pro Terrence or Anti Eric, im genuinely asking this question. Can Meta or Google produce something ground-breaking while thinking within the sphere they are operating in or would they need a new kid on the block who uses unconventional rules to think of something ground-breaking? After which, Meta and Google will either buy it or suffer market share based on it. This question is informed by Eric always refering to; "WE IN SCIENCE USE THIS TERM, WE DONT DO THAT, WE DO IT THIS WAY, WE REFER TO IT THIS WAY"; Now that means anyone using a method foreign to "those in Eric's circle" is classified as false and incorrect. Now that means anything new will be shut down unless it conforms to their way, similarly anything foreign to the way Google or Meta does things will be shut down in those companies, isnt it? Isnt that also part of todays broader problem of a lack of innovation from the "formal" channels, because the products of those formal channels are taught to work within a certain framework unless one goes against that framework, of which comes out someone who produces innovative ideas and questions the norm. To CNN, FOX and them can Joe smoke a cigar while having a serious debate/conversation and still have millions of views without the audience reporting Joe for misconduct? Or does it take Joe to say i wont do it with those rules and conform to the idea that viewers cant watch a 4hour uninterrupted conversation about Science? Now, to the CNN, FOX production management that is a no no,isnt it? Does the same maybe apply to Erics way of thinking on this? I think CNN, BBC etc call Joe's- and many others like Joe's- podcast an unofficial place where people cant get the real and unfiltered/unbiased conversation of todays issues. Then I have a small issue where Eric, after seeing something for the first time that Terrence has done, he woukd then add a side note that someone probably has done this before after a back and forth eric then would say "okay, its the first time I saw it from Terrence". I also note how Terrence puts everything into practicality. So I think we need a third party who is a scholar but not a conventional thinking to mediate between the 2 ideologies. Joe, I trust you to put this together.

At the end of the day, Terrance just wants to discuss possibilities and be fascinated as well as impress others with his theories. Theres nothing wrong with that in certain settings because that's how greater ideas could come about. Unfortunately, it would seem that he doesn't want to do the serious hard work to prove these theories. It would serve him better if he'd spend the time, energy, experimenting, putting together processes, building models, understanding the equations (or hiring a team that does) and expending the resources to prove these ideas. However, I will say he has done more with his lynchpin idea! It certainly has potential as a more efficient multi-directional drone, mode of transportation or even a toy. I sincerely hope lynchpin becomes something noteworthy because it can vindicate Terrance. If I was him, I would have led heavily with Lynchpin for JRE considering he's done more hard work with it. It's clearly genius potential.

@FoxJ_Soraiz Terry specifically said that gravity doesn't exist and what is mislabeled as gravity is actually electromagnetism. And yeah - magnetism is stronger than gravity in the sense that a magnet can hold up an iron pellet against the Earth's gravity. But it is not the Earth's magnetic field that is holding the moon in orbit or the Earth around the sun, it's gravity and this has been explored by space vehicles ever since the space age started.

I hold genuine hatred for Terry's patened brand of stupidity. My dad, bless his non-scientific heart, called me in to listen to this mind-blowing "genius" he was watching on Joe Rogan like it was going to shock me to the core with new and 100 percent true wisdom. I've never been at such a lack for words for my father in all my life. I just softly disagreed and tried to steer him away from old Terr Bear without making him feel self-conscious.

Terrence seems to be operating from a place not recognizable to Eric. I saw people levitate in front of my very own eyes and my friend, who was a physicist at SRI watched with me. This was in the early 1980's. I can't explain it, but people were defying the laws of gravity. I support Terrence and I support Eric and I hope they become friends.

Dangerous how? Can you simply explain how Terrence's "dangerous ideas" can make anything better? Terrence is talking lunacy and Eric Weinstein continuously throws art math terms related to string theory at Terrance and Terrence just doesn't get them... You like Terrance because you fit him into your shiny little conspiracy theories, and you want to act like you're riding along on his delusion train and possessing a secret knowledge but what is the application? Idiotic Little tinker toy drones that go and clean up the space junk and mine the asteroid belt? These are delusions from an acid tripper or a schizophrenic,, and if Terry is such a genius why are no developers looking to get him on their design teams on the ideas Terrence claims to have patented? His patents mean nothing,, I'm surprised that Terrence didn't apply for the patent to a honey ham and American cheese sandwich with lettuce and mayo on sourdough pumpernickel bread just because it's never been patented before,, that would make about as much sense as trying to patent the Sci-Fi props from the movie The Lawnmower Man and then complaining that other companies were actually doing the work when you let the patent languish for 15 years and didn't do any actual development work...
