Erica Synths SYNTRX II sound demo

Based on lessons learned from the SYNTRX, we decided to create an instrument which would integrate even deeper into contemporary electronic and experimental music setups and cover sonic territory from daunting drones to powerful basslines and glitched noisescapes.

Being too sick to work out of the home, I cannot justify the price of either the Syntrx II or the Perkons, but they are both lovely instruments. Having monkeyed with the EMS inspiration many years ago, I have a soft spot for this new synth, especially given its impressive implementation. At least I can dream - and, I suppose, watch videos of other people playing. My days of playing live appear to be over, but it would be good fun just having one of these to record odd things. Good work.

I see the Reverb/Delay functions, were you using those exclusively? Also, the reviewer "Synthpop" pointed out that the more LEDs in use on the matrix, the more the accumulated noise. Have you discussed shielding, and or a manual switch to turn off the LEDs when you have a satisfactory patch?

In a way this is very traditional, as it roots back to a design from the late 1960s. Synths used to be more experimental in the early days.

It should be another month max. I found out dealers weren't supposed to list it until December so Sweetwater is at fault on that for taking your money 7 months early despite the known delays and direct request from Erica Synths to hold off on taking orders
