breakups are so so hard! especially when they end mutually, it feels even harder to let go of. the healing will always fluctuate up and down and that's okay :) it's okay to cry whenever you need to, even if it feels like a lot of time has passed. trying to resist the pain can make it feel even more insufferable. i've had a similar experience recently so i'm right there with you! the insecurity part is so real, but it does become the best time to be gentle with ourselves. i hope you feel better with your glow up, but know that even without it you're still glowing!

Here's some Indian advice for your hairs Erica ... 1. never ever brush your wet hair 2. You can use coconut oil for strong hair and damage repair, leave oil on the scalp overnight once a week 3. You can braid you hair sometimes it prevents split ends I hope it'll help you ❤

i kind of feel the same rn, but it's because of my bestie. she moved to a different school and i'm still not used to not seeing her and not talking to her face to face everyday like how we used to last semester. last semester, the day she said that her decision to move is final, i spent as much time as we can to talk about life and to just spend the time together. i got very attached to my bestie, so i still feel the sadness sometimes and i miss her. we could meet up once a week, but it's kind of hard beacuse of our schedules and we got busier this semester. we could still see each other and talk to each other over the phone, but it's different. the feeling is different when you are physically with the person and the eeling is very different from how things used to be. she's one of the reason why last semester was easier than i have expected because she was always the one to make me laugh, smile, and feel lighter when i feel stress or nervous. she's my closest friend at school, she's the one who knows and understands me the best. she always looked after me and i appreciate it so much. right now, i pray that i will be given someone who can treat me the way my bestie did. a new friend who could make this difficult semester more bearable. i hope i'll meet that person one of these days~
