It makes me laugh when they keep talking about this town being a safe community with serial killers like breda lindsay and silas. Not to mention all the october stunts, and mob bosses like Glenn and liam. That town has never been safe. More than ten characters are murdered each year. I wonder if that cop guy is the new love interest for john paul. Imagine the ship names for a guy named PC kiss.

I am just hoping he will not be on the take, not kidnap or stalk people, not abuse his position to get vengeance at a relative and then being shot, not have a drug addict sister he keeps in hiding etc, etc - I just want an ordinary police officer doing ordinary police work, properly, within the law and by the book. And not to be killed off. I am so tired of characters dying for whatever reason.

Hollyoaks like to mislead, so I would not be surprised if JP`s new guy will turn out to be someone in Jordan`s gang, or Liam - and the reason JP will be so upset by the body bag come new year, is that in it will be either Liam or the one of Jordan`s crew JP has gotten together with, having been killed in a war between the two rivaling drug dealers in the village, inside the bag. Time will tell.

Hollyoaks probably included this scene just for the irony of it, don`t you think? I mean with two former wives of killers, one of them even a serial killer, and one Asian woman subjected to racism for months and whose daughter lost her hearing after a bomb exploded in the house next door, and what they get worked up about is a teacher being stabbed in the school ground?

@@jordanpoyant8557 Exactly. So Hollyoaks must have written this with a fair bit of ironic distance, don`t you think? Personally I think Hollyoaks is starting to look really promising again with how they have angled the drug SL. Not only do we get some background into why Jordan has become so ruthless and cynical as he is, we at the same time get to see what impact his actions have not only on individuals, but the whole village. Just like the footballer grooming SL or the right wing extremism one, this SL probably will be tough to watch - but it will be important. And if it continues as great as it has started, quite ground breaking too. The guy who plays Jordan is, in my opinion, and absolute find. And the cast playing Juliet, Sid and Imran the same. From the trailer we know Ollie will become a drug addict, and he is quite a capable actor too. So if the story and character developments is done right, we could be in for something great and memorable, I think. Unless they screw it up with illogical twists that not in any way are connected to what it would have been in the real world. Like was done with everything from Breda`s serial killings to the hit and run, the Amy Barnes killing and so many other SLs. Fingers crossed they don`t mess it up, and also that we will get plenty of funny one liners and more humorous and charming scenes and SLs in-between, to lighten the mood between all the nitti gritty drama scenes and developments of this year`s big drug SL.

The most flaw and ignorant scene in this episode was the fact that Imran tried to tell the good-looking British-Russian Cop that its "all his fault". Obviously we live in a society where the truth is deemed as evil. Imran is begging to to go t prison. If this was realistic, he wouldn't say a word. These writers are terrible!
