@@belethon Some of those bodybuilders sell supplements and promoted it as "it makes you bigger, stronger, and buffer". So if you lied about the weight, then people will lynch your products. Another point is that how "Bigorexia" is rampant among fitness enthusiasts. The ones who don't wanna be measured by Eric definitely has this mental issue at some level. And yes, it's as a big deal as asking a random guy his salary out of the blue or some girl her weight. In fitness context it's borderline "insulting". Since I'm a natty, I don't have such issues because I don't take PEDs or any supplement that fucks my hormones at all. I literally only drink chocolate milk an hour before my workout.

The wrestlers don't want to verify because it is well known in wrestling for everyone to exaggerate height so one guy claiming 6'6" and confirmed to be 6'4" hurts the giant illusion of everyone they could stand next to in the ring going forward. I don't think it is their personal choice to do this but a leftover practice from before wrestling went national. Better to market Andre as 7'5" when he was really 6'11" but a photo next to Wilt was hard to explain.
