What should be the primary motivation be, to go through a full or partial transformation? - Should the deciding factor be a quantified saving through leveraging technology, or a pre-determined calculated risk.

Eric: Truly appreciate your simplified way of explaining every aspect of DT. I still believe that majority of the SIs pre-sales are quite confuse with Cloud Vs Digital Transformation. When do we decide that incremental, partial and big bang DT is right for which organization. To me incremental and partial transformation is like putting a bandage on the wound and not doing the clinical assessment of the entire body. Would love to see your video on this. Please do consider your perspective around risk in all forms incremental, partial and big bang Digital Transformation.
