Great work Eric... As a small business expert, I'd say the list for a smaller business the list is a bit different. The biggest reason I see for failure over th years, is that a lack of expectation alignment. Defining what "success" means, is absolutely key. Second is a commitment by clients to invest their time to a schedule. Can't have a go-live timeline if you're not willing to commit time to make it happen. It's not just the implementation team that plays a role, it's a 2 way street. This has to be nailed down during the implementation agreement.

Many thanks for this video Eric. This is a real world check list that I use i my ERP projects. But as you know it is not always easy to implement them. The business driven aspect is a tricky part since a project mgr often takes over a project after the technology has been selected. The other tricky part is the integration specially with those system that are under development or with the legacy system that you can't find either right documentation o people who knows them. All the best!
