Step 1 get executive allignment - top mgmt level. What the growing organization will look like. Decisions to be made. New executive members and need to make decisions how the future of the company gonna look like. Step 2 assess current systems and processes, as well as current technology you have. Get inventory of what you have and not to get things same, but because you want to do gap analysis, to look at how the companies are different and how to get it all together. Step 3 assess your organization/people. Culture misaligned, culture arent changed, organizational design, understanding people roles and responsibilities. Look for roles and responsibilities redundancy and discrepancy. What we want culture as a combined entity fully integrated be like. To do this, is to conduct organization assesment, look at quanti and quali aspects of the orga and culture. Step 4 identify potential improvements. You've assessed your people, operations, processes, systems and executives are alligned. So what is it we want to change. We cannot change over nights. Prioritze what is our transition plan. That doesnt Overwhelmed your organization. One that is aggressive but not too much change and risks. Business value of the M&A. Step 5 define your transformation roadmap. How are we going to roll it out. What is our transformation plan. Take everything we have done from assessment to prioritization. Key takeaways: 1. Clear integration strategy 2. Have a vision and plan to get the most value for the business
