Every time I watch one of these musical video's from NK I am reminded of those animatronic characters you see in Disneyland. They always have the same shit grin on their faces, they all move at the same tempo.....CREEEEPY!

+Bryan Rodgers but think of the skill that it takes to do something like this. I have never seen anything like this performance in the US. It really is quite stunning.

There is no doubt these young people have skills and talent, but all of it is wasted due to the fact that they do this only for Kim and his Peoples Workers Party. They can't travel abroad to do dance exhibitions, their artistic endeavors are stunted because they cannot grow in their art field. They perform like wind up toys only to operate when the Dear General desires it to be done. What do you think would happen to any of these young people if they resisted and stood up as an artist? They would be out of that dance troupe quicker then you can shake a stick. Sorry but talent is wasted where they live.

Bryan Rodgers hmmm, you make a very good point. It also seems like these dances are for tourists, but still they can't expand their horizons. This is a school performance. And there are school performances here in the US, and our students have a chance to be famous. But people who perform in schools in the US usually don't get big in the arts field.

james wasda 2 thumbs up!! Agreed 100%! But at least there is the door for westerners to open if they are talented artist, NOT so in NK.

Bryan Rodgers very true, and very sad. I just wish that we had schools for specially talented children. Well actually some private schools are like that. I went to one musical performance that was put on by a very upper class elementary private school. By very upper class, I mean that it was $2,000 in order to reserve a spot, and another $20,000 for enrollment. That's for one child. The performance wasn't as good as this one was, and at one point a child accidently dropped his violin. It was still impressive though. It would be great if we had schools that specified in certain subjects. I would have excelled much more if I were in a S.T.E.M. school.
