LOL your not kidding! If it was nearly any place else, if the microwave wasn't gone in a day or so, somebody probably would just break it just because it was there. Honestly, after thinking about it, while I wouldn't think twice about using it over in Japan...even if something like this was available over here, I honestly probably be WAY to suspicious that somebody did something bad to it or it was some kind of trick, that I wouldn't dare use it! Dude seems to only know thick meats. Beyond that, it's a crapshoot if he is right or just showing how much more available Japan is versus the US where every job needs someone to be paid a wage, versus a vending machine that one person works to keep stocked and keeps the profits. Seeing many of these vending machines, I'd be honored to support someone by buying their food via a machine when they are truly next level compared to the junk food that is found in Murican vending machines. And just think how this would help some places make sales 24 hours a day. But it's the random microwave that is the nail in the coffin to this and why it could never exist in the the states. Which is entirely on our society and I hope that speaks volumes when the reason we can't have nice things? Because of those who want nice things but unwilling to do the work. A vending machine that can factually serve sustaining food? Why Japan is better, and that's not even counting the culture and honor system that is in place.

I was curious if Eric would do anything special for episode 666, he is Eric Surf 6. This was really fun, and even though it was a vending machine visit, this one feels special and the remote nature of the hamburger dispenser made this a bit more of a destination video. YES! That microwave just out by itself is a shock to see. It is rare to see vending machines were I live, they have slowly disappeared over the years - mostly due to a combination of cost of upkeep, labor with restocking, vandalism, and general lack of use. It would be cool to find some random, but good tasting, food from some out-in-the-middle-of-nowhere machine.
