The different levels are under the ground, and when you die, there is an ondeath trigger at the end of that part that activates the part that you just completed to move underground, and bring the next part up. And on and on.e

its actually a very weird collision block layering glitch thats probably too extensive to explain in a comment. although there is an easier way to do it that stores less info using a 2p dual gravity glitch.
