@@MrFebeeh Nope, The microphone at the bottom goes far deeper than the ejection tool can actually reach. As per the Jerryrigseverything OnePlus 8 Pro video even states.

Very small part of needle broke and went inside earpiece grill while cleaning the grill. Will it damage the internal parts or display?

The Loudspeaker at the bottom of the top receiver speaker? Neither would damage other internals because they're in their own housing, but be aware, speakers have magnetic weights to bounce sound around. So if that Needle is metal it could very well lead to to danger. Next time simply use a small soft bristle brush, why are you sticking needles inside of speakers? 😭
