turbo charger which moto provides kills the battery by supplying more amps and the battery heats up my battery used to heat up alot I changed the charger and it doesn't heats up now I think it will increase the battery life

Hi I have a question. When the battery of my phone is at (60% - 50% ) it shuts down, "when I turn on my phone, the battery is at 23% or 20% and then it lasts for about 10 minutes and it shuts down again" the part in the " repeats like 2 or 4 times and then the battery is at 3% or 7% Is my battery dead or my phone's logic is malfunctioning?
