So once you have removed the screen, how can you get it well fit to the frame again? I tried on many phones but always got touch issues and/or display raised from the frame (maybe I'm using wrong glue? I dont know)

i just kept the original adhesive and when i was putting the display back in i just put it in place with a bit of force and it seems to hold it quite well

About the battery test, you just need to fully charge it and see the status of the battery on settings. See the problem that you face before happens again or not. Sorry if im wrong
