I have really enjoyed watching these videos. I am writing a children's book and would like to use some still shots. Who can I ask for permission?

Great video!... Is the ash pan open? Might want to be careful leaving the ash pan open and firing on your trestles.

+windersranger1 Yes, I noticed that also. Maybe they have treated them with FX LumberGuardXT. Butt, the darn stuff is almost $70.00 a gallon.

Great vid! I would guess the owner/ operator both would be, and is very careful about the qualities of and the size of his coal !! Volital matter, ash content, carbon content, ash fusion temperature especially. Coal , especially when used in a locomotive , under varying loads, has a nasty habit of bringing out it's worst behavior on a solid fuel bed with clinkering. Got extra grate sections?

At 1:45, why are there sparks under the locomotive rear wheels? Are brakes on?
