no, that's Satie! It's supposed to be played "with a limp". I've always imagined a drunk dilettante staggering home alone after an excessive night in Paris.

i have heard this played with much steadier rhythmic sense. sunita staneslaw plays it beautifully.

Yeah the interpretation is an interesting one, I can respect it as it does sound improvisatory and fits the mood
