He singlehandedly cost us even tho he saved a penalty against Copenhagen. I'm glad he has found his form back.

@@Yesman10 you should try and understand why it’s happening though, Ten Hag has always wanted to play a high line but ends up playing a low block due to the pace of the CB vs the strikers of the opposition. Paired with a press from the forwards it creates gaps in midfield, very big gaps, which in turn leads to more shots but then our defence is so low that these shots are half chances hence the shots on target never being particularly high. We need quicker CB and allow him to play a high line and a full team press.

Although I did not like the outcome of this season, and the play style of ETH most of the season, I am willing to see ETH again for next season under the influence of Jim Radcliffe, Dave Brailsford, Dan Ashworth, and James Wilcox. Maybe when there is less burden to scout for players to be signed next season, He will have more time to implement his ideas on the pitch. But, he needs to be specific what type of players that he needs to be signed for his philosophy to work. He cannot say he did not get frenkie de jong, and that's why he cannot succeed. He must look for alternatives and sign players early before the season begin. That way you are more prepared. If for example next season they have many injuries like this season, maybe he need to understand why is that happening. You cannot just say you're unlucky because of that. If something happen too often there may be a valid plausible explaination to that situation.

Why ETH should have been sacked earlier for dummies: It became apparent early on this season to all but a few deluded fans that UTD under Ten Hag have no style, no identity, no cohesion, no plan B and are as inconsistent as ever. Now CL football is gone for yet another season. This will affect the transfer budget but mostly the quality of players that the club can attract. Another year without CL is another step down the ladder of becoming a mid table club. He should have been replaced while there was still time to make top 4. If all goes well we won't qualify for the Europa League and the next manager can focus solely on CL qualification next season and maybe a domestic Cup title. We do not have a squad that can handle playing Thursdays and weekends and one transfer window won't be enough to fix that. If he stays there will be no improvements whatsoever, he will persist in making the same mistakes over and over and he proved it today yet again by making the wrong subs and blowing another lead in the final minutes. All United Club legends agree on this and most football professionals do to, but please go ahead and tell me I'm wrong.
