ETH has to stay. Let the man have a chance with a full and stronger squad. We haven't played well quite often. The players have to take some blame. But, seriously, is it any wonder we are struggling? I've been a supporter for 53 years and this is THE worst injury season I can remember. The solution is not to fire another manager. That sure hasn't solved the problem in the past. And now we have a guy who will be a standout, when he gets the right players for his system and a fair run without injuries.

People calling for ETH to be sacked truly didn’t deserve that moment he gave us fans last year to finally win a trophy (even if it was a lesser one). Also look at the managers prior to him and how they’ve all faced the same problem. ETH deserves another two seasons, with players who can play his style of football and with players that play for the fans and the club. Not players who are just here to collect a fat wage. Quick fixes don’t work. Look at Arsenal with Arteta they were terrible to average every season for about four seasons. Also look at the injuries we’ve had this season. Pretty much played all season with a different back 4, which is a recipe for disaster. Also saying he has bad game/man management because he subbed YOUTH players for SENIOR players is wild. If anything this shows how poor the mentality is amongst the senior players in the club. 5/6 senior players need to leave before ETH.

Ten Haag managed Ajax in 219 against Chelsea when they gave up a 4 v1 lead, and in the semi final of the Champions League 2nd leg, cruising 2v 0 up against Spurs and they lost 3 v 2. Ten Haag has history, his teams have collapsed before. If, as we all think, Ten Haag will be fired at the end of the season, what will his players think now? It is best to fire Ten Haag Now. The U18 coach would not do a worse job for the rest of this season.

Comments like these make me laugh. We’ve had great managers like van gaal, mourinho, moyes and ole and all faced the same problem.
