I remember something that Erika said when her and Tom’s broke and she was in the thick of things and everybody and their dogs were coming for her especially the cast members, she said, “everybody’s day of gloom will one day come and you’ll wish people will treat you with a bit of empathy, kindness and believe you “. Be careful how u treat people going through it, for you never know what curveball life will throw at you when you least expect.

As she said “would you go after a doctors wife for a medical malpractice suit?” And as far as her expensive earrings that everyone was saying to “hand over”, NONE of us would give up our belongings without a trial. If I sued you today you’d never give me a DIME until a court date.

@@tula1433 But when she found out that those earrings were bought with stolen funds, it shouldn't take a judge to say give those back. In this specific type of situation, whether she had involvement or not is up for interpretation but just on a human level, I would try and help those people that were wrong by my partner cause to me that would be the decent thing to do especially after she said she would to some of those victims in the documentary.
