Film wrap timing is off just a tad 7:12 + plus your palletizer in-feed is killing your palletizer efficiency. I see a few other increases but its small. 1 question about bottles leaving going down at the 2.:05 mark. Are they bad bottles being returned to your bottle suppler or bottle blowing section. Thats the only reason I can think of them leaving the air veyor. Or maybe being shipped back to the bottle manufacture as waste
